Terraria error

When my friend tries to open terraria, she gets this error.

The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application.
I have NO idea how to fix. You geniuses probably do.

If you are running windows, use some of the compatibility tickboxes, and if your on Windows 7, tick "Disable windows Aero themes"

I can't guarantee this will work, since I've never had this problem.

Check your Microsoft.NET/Update it.
