hye guise.
so appel thred yey!

Anyway

So I need a screen recorder for iOS which records APPS and not just the web, but plumperstuff I can't find any, well, there is this one app called "Display Recorder" on Cydia which is an app that requires being jailbroken cause it's not on the app store.

No I'm not loving jailbreaking anything incase stuff happens, "oh but JAILBREAKING DOSENT DO ANYTHING HURR!!" well then do it to your own.
Oh and as ever If you are just here to say "forget u apple cigarette gtfo" then get the forget out.

Requirements must be:
>Apps musn't require being jailbroken or having the cydia app.
>Must cost under $3.00
>Also records apps and not just the web

Thanks if you ever find one.

All I have to really say is, good luck. Because there isn't many

On the App Store?
There's only a Web Recorder.

Only jailbreak.

Sorry man.

I have.

I downloaded a GBA rom emulator. And then changed the springboard theme. That was about it. :I

May I ask why you want to do this? Most app developers usually just test run their app on their computers and record it from there, I believe.

Sorry, I suggested that thinking you might want to record your own app.

You can't emulate iOS apps that are compiled. :(

I know there isn't really one in the sense of recording apps, which I was endured one on an epic search for as I wanted to record me gaming on my iPod, but if there are any out there, they are either really ambitiously named or they are a lot of money.  Sorry bro, I'll keep looking.

Does not exist. The only screen recording app I have ever seen and used was one that I found on Cydia. Like several others have said, jailbreaking is required for screen recording. If you don't want to jailbreak because you're too afraid that something will go wrong, which it won't, then you won't be able to get a screen recording app. It's that simple.

Only way to get one is through jailbreaking.  Here is a fine example I took on my iPhone 4.

I knew almost nothing and was able to jailbreak easily an you can always restore if you mess it up
