if you have a theory that all apples are blue, and someone brings in a green apple, that's evidence against a theory.

there is no way to deny it if you actually know what it is and are not handicapped

If law is what you mean, it might as well be. But I don't think it'll be 100% sure for a while.

Even if it was true, I don't think it can be a law anymore than the earth's rotation is a law.
