Author Topic: Scariest moment in your life?  (Read 6976 times)

Probably when I almost fell 500 feet off the Grand Canyon's South Kaibab Trail.

Let me explain it to you in the first person context as spoken from the origional author..

"Once upon a time I was with my friends in the woods.  Only two friends were with me.  Matt was jacking off, and Caleb found a beer bottle.  I was standing there and Caleb threw the bottle at a tree.  The bottle busted and a shard of glass hit Matt in the richard, cut Caleb's thumb, and cut my knee."

Simple enough.

Accidentally looking at the 'go to sleep' video screenshot

One time when I was like 5 or 6 years old we were visitng my aunt and there was a handicap sign infront of one of the parking spots so I spun around it waiting for my mom to get out of the car and a big dog attacked me. T_T
I don't remember what happened after that, only getting my hand cleaned off of the blood back at my house. And a big chocolate bar. :/  That one dog made me afraid of dogs for about 7 years.

Later I also learned the dog was put to sleep. :c

I was 5 and the playgrounds tower collapsed while I was on it. The poles fell on me :P

They cut my ballz off...

O.o

Me and my friend were working on his car, it was on a lift, and the rear of it fell off and almost hit me.

I had a horrible recurring nightmare which makes absolutely no sense in practice but scared me utterly stuffless and I've spoken about it on the forum before.

I was falling down a metal, sharp tube and I couldn't see my body at all, so it was like falling while in F8.

Every few seconds I would appear in a very darkened, saturated park with dead grass and a slide. I would take two, very slow steps and I would reappear in the sharp tube. This occurred countless times, countless nights.

I also once nearly drowned.

As with other forumers, I hate sleep paralysis.

You know those weird underwater jet ski things?
Had something like that, it was just a fan with handles, worked wonders. Very deep pool, held my breath, zoomed down to the bottom, the thing loving stalls when i hit the bottom and stops working.

Me and my friend Isaiah were biking down an extremely steep pathway at a park. The path was a hiking trail or something so it wasn't meant for bikes.

He began riding down with me following afterwards and he must've hit a branch because he got thrown off of his bike. He was winded and couldn't move and was laying next to his bike. The pathway was aligned with trees so I couldn't dodge him and the bike.

I swerved to the right, hitting his bike and was flung off. The next part I was completely unaware of until later on, the bike flew over my head and the wheel somehow landed on my head, it split my head open and I slid the rest of the way down the hill, once Isaiah was able to stand up again, he picked me up and dragged me over to where my parent's car was and called them for help.

I was in the hospital for a day or two. I had 7 staples over the gash in my head and had to put iodine over it every day. Isaiah only had a couple of minor cuts from the incident, but I was lucky he wasn't hurt as bad as me otherwise I could've bled to death.

Scariest moment ever...

Oh
When I was like 6 a TV fell on my head, and my head split open. Blood was getting everywhere. I was terrified as forget. I had stitches than evening. So painful
When I was in about 10 I smashed my head on a window at school. Same story but I felt no pain and I had my head glued together.
-snip-
Did the bike survive?
