The Laser pointer told you how far it was shooting.

I meant for building.

Like, measuring a distance between two bricks.

1. Create ghost brick.
2. Move it from the first brick to the second.
3. Count the number of clicks it makes.
4. ???
5. PROFIT.

Hm, That's an okay idea.  You would plant two one by one flats that can be planted inside other bricks like zone bricks, and they destroy themselves and tell you the distance.  Does that sound good?

He doesn't want the distance in the way you're thinking, he wants something that tells him how many 1x1's there are between that point and the other point. In essence if he's building something that's apart and wants to connect them this will tell him the length of brick he needs.

What if you want to measure diagonally?

What if you want to measure diagonally?

It'd work like this:

Quote
Measure complete:
North: 30
South: -30
East: 9
West: -9
Up: -104
Down: 104

Support, I've wanted this before.
Maybe just a gui spot to tell you the difference between the ghost brick and the last brick you placed?

This would make a build, like equal on both sides.

Like, if you're building a tower and you want each side to be exactly _ studs long.
