What is a rage comic?
Rage comics are usually small comics consisting of doodly faces that are reused. Usually depicting an everyday scenario. Sometimes with hidden jokes.

Where and how can I make one?
It's easy! You can either whip up a program like paint.net and copy paste images and text or use Rage Builder. A website dedicated for making this. It can't do everything though.

I'm planning to use an image editing program. Where can I get faces?

It's overused to the point where it's just annoying. Most of the time it doesn't even make sense.
