My friend did such a brilliant thing when a telemarketer called him up - once they called it went a bit like this:


"Hello, is your father there?"
"Oh yes, hold on - I'll just put you on hold."

After this, we put the marketer on hold until he hung up. It was loving hilarious, he found some soothing phone music and everything to play in the background while we sat on the verge of laughter.

Please.
Best support is Valve support.

Valve support is quite crap.

If you take a look-on, even if EA is a "Rip-off" Steam, it's Support is way multiple times better.
I used live chat to solve my problems, and I am pretty sure, convinced it's not robot, more convinced than cleverbot. They actually helped me, transfered 3 of my games (all in different chat sessions), then helped me with Battlelog problems and so on.
The waiting time was 1 minute sometimes, 10 other times and the problems get solved based on situation, but I don't think I stayed more than 30 mins on a chat really.

Way better than:

That looks stupidly automated and has quite no relevancy to what I said, my account is trusted for a very long time, sure of that.

At least it's not PayPal.

I was on hold with Blizzard for over 3 hours trying to cancel my account. I had to listen to this stuffty song for 3 hours on a loop.

Yea those 2 are terrible help.



Another one that fails at helping: Microsoft at times they suck

I had an Good time with verizon wireless Support.
Bearly no waiting times and the people where friendly and helpful.
