Guys, he's not asking for a IDE, he's asking for a language.
Try out C#, it's very simmilar to torque, has simple syntax, somewhat easy to learn, and is generally a nice programming language.

This was a good decision. Learning C++ will make it stupidly easy to learn C#, but not the other way around.


There is no "best" language. Each language has their own pro's, and con's, and are meant for different things.
