Honestly, it isn't that hard to make and make it admin only.
Event_setTimescale.zip [Self > setTimescale]
Just a warning, I haven't done much testing with it. It should be stable and should be admin only. If it causes too much controversy or the admins don't like it, I'll remove the link.
