Oblivion: Waters are missing [Solved]

So yeah, I tried to play some Oblivion about minute ago, and found this disturbing bug...
ALL WATERS ARE MISSING!
As you can see, water does only render when you try to swim, or if there is physic object.

Specs:
Nvidia GeForce 230 GT (And I just updated the drivers)
Processor? Intel(R) 5 Series/3400




Solved:
It was faulty code in "My Games/Oblivion" in file called "Oblivion.ini" deleted it and reinstalled = profit.
Apocalypse is ended......... finally...

Even if I don't have any mods active, it still bugs. And I have tried reinstalling already.

And I just find out, that waters aren't just missing from LOD but also from sewers/caves.
I suspect my Nvidia is the answer...

what's weird is that there is still some water in that one place, its like it is really drying up or something

Fix'd
It wasn't my NVIDIA at all. It was "Oblivion.ini" in my "My Games/Oblivion" folder, which never got removed trought uninstall.
