I got a bonsai tree.

Yesterday me and my dad were going around town running errands and stuff when we saw a sign that said,"BANSAI". So we were like k let's go to a real store and look at them. We didn't get the time yesterday so we decided to go today. I decided to go with the ficus and it looks pretty cool. It's already in the final bansai stage thing so all I have to do is trim it. Also, the pot we have it in now isn't doesn't have a good draining system, so we just put the plastic pot it came in into the ceramic pot so it looks pretty till we get a suitable pot. Anyways, here's a picture.

i tried growing one of those once. my cat knocked it off the windowsill and rolled in the bonsai soil.
including the plant.

that aside, i've never actually gotten very far with... any plants, really. the longest i've kept one alive was a little grape plant that held on until i left for summer vacation (or about 5 months).
