Author Topic: Garry's Mod 13 Beta: Expect Keys Soon  (Read 14203 times)

Garry posted on his Twitter yesterday that there would be no keys this weekend but to expect them next weekend, so keep your eyes open. Of course this is not certain, he may run into issues updating it or he may decide to piss off the community. Last update was March 16th and two days later they were out, so you have get them quickly. I just realized while writing this that I'll be away in Seattle next weekend. Oh well, next time I guess. Anyway, probably keys on the account site next weekend, that's all the details he has released.

Beta keys aren't this weekend. Expect them next weekend. They get released when a new beta does.

Log in to Steam here to receive keys on update: http://account.garrysmod.com/

This is meant for the people who don't read his Twitter, this shouldn't be surprising to the people who do.

Is this just a preview to an update of Garry's mod, or are there a lot of major changes in this version?

He was talking about it for a very long time calling it the biggest update Garry's Mod would have. I know that he added a bone manipulator, Steam workshop integration, and might update gm_construct.

If you're talking about just this update I'm not sure. In general version 13 itself will have quite a few changes.

Jokes on you, I'm already in the beta.

I got in the beta and haven't even installed it.
:B

Jokes on you, I'm probably never going to get in the beta.
