Author Topic: forget yea, <3 Amazon trade in  (Read 1307 times)

So we have all these old games that no one in my house plays anymore, so we're trading them in for amazon credit.

I found one of the first games we got for our xBox, Jurassic Park: Operation Genesis and got 20 bucks for it. And then my Star Wars: Battlefront 1 and 2 generated 16 bucks for them.

So if you have a lot of games you want to trade in, and get more money than you would at gamestop, Amazon trade in is where its at.

DAMNIT
I wish I knew Amazon did this. Traded in a bunch of games for Gamestop to forget me over with in "credit" last week. :c

Do you need the box the game came in, or can you just send it to them in a package, or something?

hm, alright

So everything has to be in it from when you bought it. That kinda stops alot of people trading because I know all the instruction manuals get thrown out in our house.

My dad works at amazon C:

What monster would sell SWBF!?

All that you're required to have is the game disc in working condition.

Renegade Squadron [which I got for $5] was my favorite PSP game, even over KH:Birth By Sleep.
I hope there's going to be a PSV Battlefront game.

Understand that with GameStop, you return physical games to individual stores. They don't give much back because single games get returned in bulk, transporting them to other stores is an expense they don't undertake in most cases, so they build up. People don't want some, etc. They can't give good offers on games, just how they work. They don't completely mean to forget you over, they just do. Don't give your games to them, they don't want them.

Amazon.com keeps warehouses and transports games around the world if they want. They keep all used games together, so they can buy for higher prices since they have more chance to sell them again.

DOING THIS NOW. Wait, doesn't Badspot also accept Amazon credit for keys? Hmm..
