Author Topic: What do you do to calm yourself down?  (Read 1648 times)

Title is self explanatory. Pretty sure we had a thread like this before, but forget it.

If I'm sad or something, I get out some old dolls from my childhood and brush their hair or even watch some old cartoons from the same franchise that I have on DVD. (No kidding, for some reason it just makes me happy)

If I'm angry I just blare some music very loudly. And sometimes I even scream sing along.

So what do you do when you're upset?

Also, this is not a "GUISE I'M ANGRY HALP PLS" thread. This is just out of curiosity. I'd love to see how we all deal with our negative emotions.

Usually I'm pissed off at someone's ignorance (ironic?) so I just Ty not to give a stuff.
