T3D is the newer version of TGE, but there is no purpose in changing.

when was the last time an engine change in retail broke add-ons


unless you mean CHANGING ENGINES, in that case of course you're right


but when i hear 'engine change' i think a change in the engine's code

and you said 'all add-ons lost because they use .dts', that gives the implication that all add-ons use .dts files

 I have thought about this alot and heard there was a private release of it going around for a time, plus i think a snow mod did something like this, but...

If you relay spam 1,000 arrows you still wouldn't lag. So I don't think you will lag with rain.

Kompressor also never said if he would make rain not go through bricks. So I don't see why you shouldn't give this out to a select few people.

I tried it, it's really just a hassle. I ghost every 5 seconds, players disappear and it's hard to build.
