generally you shouldn't consider yourself in a "relationship" in the serious sense you guys seem to think it means, till about a month of dating anyways.

she waited that long'ish. and decided she didnt want to make it more serious.

this is what dating is guys. you can date 50 people at the same time, but when you wanna be serious with one, THEN you start the relationship.

I'm more worried about our guy logic at this point. From what I've read -and there isn't much to go by- she said she isn't ready for a relationship. Have there been signs of her feeling awkward with you in the past month? If I knew anything about girls, and me being real close to one, I would say that girls have a very good capacity for dissembling. She might be going through a lot and you wouldn't even know. If you really liked her you would give her time, because the way you're acting, it would seem as if it might hurt her some more.

Just my two cents. Me and a friend are just bothered by how other people treat each other. It makes little sense...
