Pivot Stick Animator is a piece of stuff. It's mainly a toy for young children to learn how animation works, yet it's not actually an animation program.
The one I use I paid for, but there are free ones out there. Google "animation software" and see which ones are free and not from websites like "Softpedia" and the like.
