Author Topic: Where the forget did this whole anti-argument attitude come from?  (Read 1223 times)

usually if you argue on a server meant for something as task-demanding as a TDM, somebody ends up getting kicked/banned. just /ignore people that bother you (get client sided mute, it helps ALOT), dont waste your time arguing with them when you've got to survive and stuff

You can't change peoples' minds on the internet. It's useless to argue

I think you're silly. I play competitive CS:S (esea, cal, twl), and the common courtesy rule is that when you die, you shut the forget up. when you're alive, unles the server is a pub and just for fun, you only use voice comm to share enemy positions and such.

You are just mad because you are not MLG.

Tony in a nutshell
you're mad for tony being argumentative

but you insult him for no reason out of nowhere just to instigate arguments

The admin may not be right, but the admin always has the last word.

If you call it a rational debate people tend to be more willing to express their opinions and receive yours.

They probably banned arguing because it was pointless and annoying.

Arguing is only good when the people involved can keep it civilized and recognize when they're just going in circles.

Sometimes my dad does stupid things and then yells at me for arguing with him. He's doing it right now as I type.
