"Always do what you are most afraid to do."
Go out and do something that you aren't too sure about. Not like, steal something or hurt someone, but try talking to the girl you are afraid to talk to. Try a brand new sport or hobby. Talk to random people and try to make friends.
Even if you failed, you tried.
