So lately I've been in a really crappy mood, I think it might be depression. My mood is usual shifted to a very sad/depressed mood. I have a hollow feeling in myself. I'm walking slowly with my head bowed a bit. I don't really want to do anything anymore, and I'm starting to refuse to go to school. I'm breaking down into tears at random times. Sometimes I get suicidal thoughts. My mom is starting to really worry about me, and I'm starting to worry to. Usually I cheer my self up with the punching bag in my basement, but I only does a little bit.

What I am going to ask you guys is:

It this serious and should I get it checked out by a psychologist?

I feel the same way, and I usually have a talk with my parents about it. I advise you to do so as well.

Nothing traumatizing, but I think the underlying factors of this might be Bullying and Stress.

14, and I've had events like this before puberty. I'll talk to my parents about giving me a doctors appointment.

you should try some hot tea, maybe chamomile.
that usually makes me feel better.

Go out and do something that you aren't too sure about.  Not like, steal something or hurt someone, but try talking to the girl you are afraid to talk to.  Try a brand new sport or hobby.  Talk to random people and try to make friends.

Blessed is the mind too small for doubt.  You may be like me, you might just have paranoia that other people's caring is all lies and that nobody really cares about anyone else.  I feel the same way currently, I'm a "friends with everyone" guy and I hear my friends stufftalking other friends behind each others backs sometimes.

Yeah, I just can't stand the whole fake friend thing. Where they act nice to you but really they don't want anything to do with you. I get really paranoid over that.
