Make sure to check out the website "Stronghold Heaven", they have custom scenarios were you can defend a giant castle against hordes of enemy's, or lay siege to giant fortress. They even made a Lord of the Rings remake, pretty legit.

if you're looking for a short flash to play i'd suggest learn to fly, if you want to do a good game that has plenty of user submited content, go happy wheels. if you want a sandbox game you should go for terraria.
