I believe the ability to learn how to read comes more easily to those who have access to hearing. A voice will guide them on how to form cogent sentences and thoughts. However a deaf man will only have a piece of paper and/or a computer screen to teach them. For most the part the internet is a handicapped place, and it may be the reason why his sentence forming is off. However we can also speculate that he read lips wrong during his childhood, and for that fact, he can't form any sane thoughts. Just give him a chance, you'll get the message he is trying to get across anyway.

Even so, I find this dog not particularly well-suited to blockland.
I mean, even if it were to achieve the popularity level of My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic, you almost never see anything related to MLP in-game (just a print pack that very few people use, and once some spam on Badspot's Block Party). So I doubt this would be used by anybody but you and lizzy. And anyone with a sick sense of humor who is building an evil laboratory (brain tumor, which that dog does seem to appear to have).
I respond that I am not attempting to threaten the dog, although I think Mr. Nobody might wind up in trouble with local authorities sometime soon if he's that harsh to every dog.
However, I agree with Mr. Nobody on the 'opinions are opinions'. As easily as I could go to some other topic, I am currently stuck on a computer on which I cannot run blockland, and thus am bored out of my skull. I apparently have nothing better to do than sit here insulting a dog.

I personally feel that dog would be used more as a 'victim of evil experimentation' that would either attack you (forcing you to kill it in self defense) or be in much pain (forcing you to mercy-kill it). Either way, not what you had in mind, was it?
What exactly DID you have in mind, other than an obsession with a corporate mass-marketing merchandise scheme? Because I don't think anyone would bother to use this for any reasons other than those I outlined.
