some ideas you probably won't use:
  • A balanced weapon system
  • more vehicles
  • Have a news team, the reason for this is so they can give information in-game for people that don't use the forums
  • Were you can hack a police computer and clear your bounty/wanted crimes
  • were if someone logs out of CityRPG server their vehicles disapear and reapear with them.

ok i've quickly read over the OP.
sounds like your adding a bunch of features
but your not fixing the main problems in CityRPG.

Jail System Explained

Back in the old CityRPG (I am talking about the very first one)
whenever you hit someone with a baton, boom, they were jailed.

This got edited where you would need to hit them multiple times. Then they got jailed.
Seemed fair. But not in my eyes.

Batons should only slow down or injure the criminal.
Handcuffs should be the item to jail enemies.

In this CityRPG Handcuffs will only be able to be held by cops and the player will need to be 30 health or below to be jailed.
This is where the batons come in, batons are basically just for hurting people, they aren't jailing tools.

Yes there are still limited batons and regular batons. But limited is just for people who don't have a clean record.

Another big feature. Tired of being a cop, getting one accidental dem, then everybody guarding the Police spawn/place to jail you so you lose your job? Not anymore.

Police will have to have 3 stars or more to lose their job when jailed. If its something not so bad (2 stars or lower) then they don't lose their jobs when jailed.

The jail is going to be on the very edge of the city and it will be "escapable" I am not talking about a Jail Escape RPG.
There wont be guards to watch them and I assure you it will be completely randomized if you are able to escape.
Certain rooms may or may not be escapable. Also trust me, it wont be easy to escape. You are probably better off doing your time, because if you escape jail, you gain even more demerits. Yes you can be re-jailed if you escape from jail.
I also wont be referring to it as "jail" its actually going to be called "prison" sorry for calling it jail.

Tier System Explained

Normal CityRPGs weren't necessarily "neat" or however you would call it.
You had to page up constantly and find the job and then find the next job in the same section only better pay, etc.

Now this is how it will work.

You say /help list jobs

Please say /sections to view the list of job sections.

The jobs are seperated into "sections".
Think about college.
What area do you want to major in, Law Public Safety, Business, Etc.

It will say a list of sections and the jobs within the sections.

So you can easily find the levels of jobs within the section.

It will look like this for example.

 - Tier 2 Job Name EXP required Education required ETC
 - Tier 3 Job Name EXP required Education required ETC

EXP and EDU Explained

EDU has been around for a while.
You saw it in Ibans Old CityRPG.
You have also seen EXP in some edited versions of Ibans Old CityRPG.

In this CityRPG we have both. Now before you say "Oh man seriously? We basically have two things that do the same thing. UGHH"
Think for a moment.

EXP and EDU are very different if you think about it.

I am not saying this CityRPG is realistic but I am trying to make it different in a good way and similiar in a good way.

If a person IRL has a lot of money and just buys their education, they simply do not gain the experience unless they do the job a lot.
If a person IRL has little money but does a certain job a lot. They may not have much EDU but a lot of EXP.

This is why we have BOTH.

You will have to do your job (whatever section it is) and gain EXP.
The same time you will also have to be spending money for education credits.

Different jobs require education and experience. IMO its a good idea.

Vehicle System Explained
You will have to go to a "Car Dealership Brick" That shows options of each car.
You will first have to have a vehicle spawn on your property, if you don't, it will ask you to place one.
Only car dealership people can place a Car Dealership brick.
If a car is bought from the brick, the owner of it gets a share cut of the money.
You cannot respawn the vehicle, wrench or event it. Once its spawned it is your responsibility to take care of it.
If a vehicle is lost or exploded, you must re-buy one.
