I will.
The amendment list is basically rules for the server ingame and out.
Like for the elections etc, does it seriously bother people just because it's a list of amendments? Wow.
Also, I'm grounded cause I failed Chemistry lol.

Chemistry is a pain.

what does the mayor do? and why doesn't anybody ever make neat powers for the mayor?

I have the same feature on my CityRPG right now, but it is more fluent than static, being that there is an ingame election yearly (24 hours).

the mayor has the power to raise taxes (income, sales, and property tax) ingame via command

he also has the ability to set the rate of welfare (citizen paychecks) and also has the ability to broadcast information across the city via command.

you have a year pass every 24 hours?
that's... 144 days per 10 minute tick...?

5 minutes per tick (approximately 30 hours)

I can probably measure it to work. idk

oh, with four minutes per tick I get 24.33 hours. I'd have to proportionalize prices though.

That's what my mayor does too.

Is it through ingame commands?

because if it is, you just stole from me the only feature that makes my CityRPG original ;_; (besides the sweet city design)

so ffffffff

It's cmd commands, so yes?
How else would they do it lol.

-bullstuff-

That does not satisfy the criteria for a constitution. It's not how constitutions work at all.

"Amendment" means change or addition to the original text of the constitution. A constitution itself is a legal document which sets out to regulate the inner workings of a state and also outlines the rights of the citizens.

You better study some more constitutional law before setting out making up one :/

Why is a skateboard more expensive then a horse?

Well I can't call it "rules" cause it's not only in-game rules.
It's just pretend :/, get over the whole "amendment" stuff.

When this going to be finished andup

I can't, it irks me to a great degree, sorry. It would be better if you called "amendments" as "articles".

Horse is slower. I might raise to $500 though because it can jump high.

It's probably 40% done as of right now.
Still a lot of upcoming events (won't explain it all yet)

Okay I'll change it when I am un-grounded. :S
Already changed.
Sorry.

I was a bit confused as well.
Thanks for correcting me.
