Blockland Preamble

We the People of Blockland, in Order to form a more perfect sandbox game,
establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence,
promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves
and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the Blockland.
Blockland Articles*

► 1st    Protects the freedom of religion, speech (except spam), and the press, as well as the right to assemble and petition the government
► 2nd    Protects an individual's right to bear arms.
► 3rd    Prohibits excessive fines, as well as cruel and unusual punishment by an admin.
► 4th    Limits the number of admins to be chosen only by the host.
► 5th    Establishes that a mayor is only elected from a forum topic vote procedure.
► 6th    Abolishes slavery and involuntary servitude, except as punishment for a crime.
► 7th    Defines citizenship, contains the Privileges or Immunities Clause, the Due Process Clause, the Equal Protection Clause, and deals with post-Civil War issues.
► 8th    Prohibits the denial of suffrage based on race, color, or previous condition of servitude.
► 9th    Allows the federal government to collect income tax.
► 10th    Establishes the mayor and vice mayor is elected by the community of the Blockland Forums and is chosen by popular vote.
► 11th    Establishes Prohibition of the mayor or vice mayor from doing unlawful or criminal things or he loses his job.
► 12th    Establishes woman's suffrage.
► 13th    Establishes that elections can only begin within these 5 months. May, January, December, October, and June.
► 14th    Limits the mayor/vice mayor to two terms, or a maximum of 5 months (If the mayor/vice mayor do not show up often, die, quit, or break the 11th Amendment, then the Vice Mayor becomes the Mayor.) (If vice mayor, then he is re-elected)
► 15th    Establishes the official voting BL_ID to be 25,000(may change) or below, and to be 13+ years old (forum age).
► 16th   Prohibits unreasonable banning by admins and the host for the persons personality (except trolls) Examples: If the person is or was in any way, a... Brony, Furry, Gay or Attention Whore.
► 17th   Prohibits unreasonable banning by admins and the host for personal problems with the person. (unless they break the server rules)
► 18th   Prohibits advertising other servers within the server.
► 19th   Prohibits troll/roostery behavior that would be a nuisance toward admins or other Blockland players within the server.

I know how to control my admins.

Most of those admins have been admin on my servers for a long time and never got banned for abusing.
Except Computermix, Swollow and Boomerangdog, they are new.

This is stupid.

You're just taking the same concepts used in other city rpgs and reworking them with more vehicles, weapons, and models. The point of a game is gameplay, not repackaging old stuff with new models.

You guys are just throwing in a bunch of stuff that's been recycled several times. The car responsibility is stupid, and probably annoying.

If you're going to add stuff make something tough that's either been never done or someone has attempted, shoot for the stars.

I'm not going to explain everything but you both are wrong.
As for the amendments, they are the server rules, we just call them amendments.
There is a lot more stuff that isn't on a normal cityrpg, quit flipping stuff.
If you don't like the idea then that's your opinion.

The amendment list is basically rules for the server ingame and out.
Like for the elections etc, does it seriously bother people just because it's a list of amendments? Wow.
Also, I'm grounded cause I failed Chemistry lol.
