Author Topic: v21+ Request: Bricks affected by Fog  (Read 717 times)

This was noted in another topic, but I'd like to put forward that bricks should be affected by fog in the next, if not, future update.  Badspot did discuss "Volumetric" (I know I probably spelled it wrong) Lighting.  This makes me wonder: Does it detect fog density and color and put it into the lighting?  It was seen most easily in the Day-Night Cycle Video @ 0:45 and 1:15.

The volumetric lighting that you see there are basically just particles affected by lighting. And I agree, bricks affected by fog would be nice.

I don't understand
SWAT wants bricks to fade into the distance. Currently, they don't. The just disappear.

It has been suggested before, and I still do not want this topic to die.

Bricks don't change visibility with fog unlike terrains and interiors.
