unless you're stopping to do every quest in every town and gather an insane amount of weapons, ammo and armor, it's not going to be an issue.

it is impossible to do all quests because they affect reputation etc.you can do the rest of the quests after the first main quests. there are three main quests, you know?
Damn it, this is the European censored version of Fallout. I knew something was wrong, it didn't feel as dark as I remembered playing it.
