Except he doesn't know what love is he's only in 6th grade.  And dating an 8th grader as a junior is loving creepy as hell, if you two dated everyone would know how much of a child enthusiast you are aspiring to be.

6th grade has like minimal options.  Assuming she isn't a whore, you'll get hand holding and maybe a kiss if you're lucky.  At this point it's like just a status thing.

the problem is that, although she is only about a year younger, she is at a MUCH less mature stage than you are. adults don't have this problem because they are at a stage where they do't change as much over time.
