Do you mean UPnP for one server and port 28000 for the other server? That doesn't sound like it would work.
Set port manually for both (28000 and 29000, for example), but don't bother forwarding them. Just use UPnP for both.

I just went through 7 seconds of packets for one server and the server's port is the only one used.
