Try praying or doing some holy/religious thing.
God messed up your emotions and god can fix them.
i know Christianity is all about having faith and stuff, but i have a hard time doing so. i'm not a christian, but i do try to believe in something. the thing about it though, is when these "waves" of hopelessness come, i start doubting that kind of thing. i'll try harder on that aspect.
anyways i will do a lot of research on meditation, and try beachbums idea.

anyway, my way of meditating when I get depressed is quite different from beachbum's, and probably a lot harder, but what I do is just sit in a comfortable position in a room with no disturbances whatsoever, and concentrate on a single simple thing, such as my own heart beating or myself breathing, for 20 minutes without thinking of anything else
you mean sort of like the way you can induce lucid dreams? i can try that too.
every kid thinks he has depression. its a personality disorder from not learning to cope with the world.
mostly parents fault, but a kid can be a man and overcome it himself.
that's what i'm doing. and overcoming it isn't that simple. you can't just scream "im not sad" to the sky, and be cured. i had it diagnosed by my therapist, i don't just "Think" i have depression. i went to a therapist because it started affecting my grades in school and my sleeping pattern.
