I'm so proud of myself, I'm like one of the best backflippers of my team now and I've only been doing them for less than half a year, all those times I landed on my head or neck was worth it
i have trouble with backflips. it's annoying subconscious fear. that i swear i will get rid of.
as of now, i'm practicing getting down my vaults and B twists. mostly the B twist as it's sort of a new thing to me.
I hurt myself too many times trying to do a b-twist, I decided I'd skip to something like the cork since I already know how to a j-step, but too many b-twist fails got me scared to try any twisty moves, I just don't get how to twist lol
>5 years of martial arts
>think i know how to do a pk roll
>takes me 2 hours to get it right
If you're a martial artist you should look try 'tricking', especially if you're in to something with a bunch of kicking moves like taekwondo; it's like martial arts and freerunning combined
