I can't stand it when somebody makes a cool addon, keep it for themselves, and then proceeds to never use it.
At that point, you just tell us about it to make us wish we could have it.

If nobody is using it, and it is a finished addon, it should be released. I can understand if its still in progress..

It looks like all you have to do is package that and it will work.
