I played it years ago but I accidentally went with a different setting (different age perhaps?) by mistake and there were research shops everywhere. I saw some other weird stuff too such as messed up players models and creepy builds.
I'm not sure if it's the same however since I heard they added restrictions to user content to make it more friendly towards people not wanting their eyes permanently damaged.
