I'm not very good at animations. I could create just a basic script and item, however, if you'd like it to be animated all fancy like, you'd best try to find someone else.

I don't know much about making add-ons, but does the model include the animation?

It include 2 phases.

First phase is just looking at the ring.
Second phase is the ring over your finger.
