Eventually tonight once I password the server I will rewrite better rules and what not as Kalphiter said my rules are stuff yes they are, but people do respect them once someone gets in trouble for it.  I am still working out any kinks and for now the server is stable appears to be lag free from what I have seen/heard from various people.

The Key in the Cafeteria is too close to the weapons room IMO, you need to make prisoners try for their weapons.

guards dropping items on death would also be neat. that way the prisoners could fist ambush a guard, get his key, and break in without getting caught through the vents.

Lives were set to 2 now and time limit of 10.  For the last 10 minutes tonight while I kept it open we had anarchy mode meaning no rules anything goes even team killing.  The madness.  Anyhow server will be passworded until Wednesday afternoon.  Many renovations some good and some bad are taking place addons wise, build wise and misc other things.

For tonight can someone help me compile a list of guns to place in the prison and give guards instead of what there is now.  I feel the guns now are either under powered or just plain stuffty.

Renovations are coming along nicely tonight, tomorrow afternoon we hope to have added a second floor to the prison and hidden goodies and new weapon loadouts along with a second weapon room due to the whoreage me and swat witnessed tonight.
