Also, prisoners kicked alot more ass today than yesterday.

you should add something else to make it harder. maybe a patrol guard who shoots any prisoner in the halls? have to sneak past or hide in rooms. dunno

It was still fun, though I was one of the worst guards so far. Hardly any of my shots hit target.

you should add back protection and foot protection (door and boots)?

25 Prisoners vs 4 guards who already have head and front torso protection, they don't need anymore protection.
