Anyways, I have read accounts of people who work in unions and than into another job of the same field and the changes. Union rules state that everyone must be paid the same regardless of any factors whatsoever. With that in mind, what is the point of trying harder? You can make stuffty run of the line stuff or quality stuff and you get paid the same. Also, it's often difficult to be fired in most unions. While it is undeniable that Labor Unions were a necessity during the Industrial Revolution, preventing companies from overworking employees. That was the transformation from a third world country to a first world country. Now, companies that compete also have to keep their workers satisfied in order to stay in business. We are a modern society with a market that is fully capable of governing its self along with basic law enforcement and a proper legal system.

It would be nice if someone found me a better table of comparison between both genders for different kinds of job fields. It really differs because some jobs don't pay by the hour.

And obviously you should know because you're old enough to hold a job and have watched women not work and just sit there doing nothing receiving money.

Women aren't rewarded for being women. Women still have to work. Women work hard. Gender Equality payment simply ensures that forgetwits like you don't underpay women simply for being women, or saying that they don't do the same amount of work. Generalizing this by saying "Women don't work as hard as men" simply makes it harder for the women who do the same amount as men, such as my own mother who works every single day to raise money to support a family. If the gender equality payment laws were just repealed, our mother and in turn, our family, would make less and less money eventually leading to us not having enough to pay bills or live in a home.
