Also, Lugnut, there seems to be a problem with the Default Minigame- when I leave the server, the roleplay ends :s

default minigame - makes one minigame and forces all players into it
dedicated minigame - allows a minigame to persist after the owner leaves

also i have no idea how to lead the roleplay

The story hasn't progressed too much, still the same situation.
The military have increased their presence however, as to why is unclear.

No doubt it is voluntary. It's just to add some more depth to your character, expand the story a bit. I generally think it's a good idea, mainly because I like to write.
