I wouldn't necessarily say it's hard to manage, it just gets crowded and with everything going on - 32 people would be going over the top.

Abram Terger has been milling about, passively aggressive. He is different now. His DNA seems to have been mixed with a Mutalid's. His skin is green and scaley, his eyes are serpentine and slitlike. His fingernails and teeth have become disturbingly sharp. He possesses massive strength and agility.

Christopher ventures into the Laboratories and snatches some unknown antibiotics from a crate. Abram Terger tracks him down to the 4A Building wanting to retrieve what is his, where he beats Christopher pretty badly. Abram Terger is then cornered by Rusty and Christopher. In one last act of defiance, Abram Terger takes flammable liquid and burns Christopher's face. He is then shot and killed.

Then... In the midst of all the chaos... One crazy man picks up the flesh of Abram Terger during the bloody combat. He intends to use what he has to cure those who are infected with whatever he was infected with. He is Jon Forrel, the socially awkward doctor, who listens to people sleep for scientific purposes. Do far, his first day has gone, well, badly, as he is cornered by Christopher, asking why he listens to them sleep.
