Do you really expect people to read the join messages when there is a stuffload of text? No. No one does.

Oh, so you think they're there just to make it look nice?

Did she spawn and read the rules before she was banned? Usually if someone joins and instantly sets an inappropriate name, I ask them to change it/read the rules once they spawn.

Knaz, if you introduce melee weapons, are there going to be significantly less guns? It would make more sense to be honest.
I think that the amount of guns is perfect right now, it's hard finding ammo.

There is ammo all over the place, and so are guns. I like to role-play that they gunshots attract the infected in the surrounding hills, so my character avoids using the gun - and only in dire situations.

Rarely (I have only had to do this once) if there is a lot of commotion going on - for example The Wild Territory; lots of people, and lots of gunshots, I will wait a day or two in-game, and next time there is a whole lot of commotion I will send in a horde. It makes sense.

This doesn't really effect whether or not ammo/guns is to be decreased, but I don't think I've ever seen any magnum ammo not in an ammo pile

Wait.... I never knew you had to find ammo (or it was hard)

Yes! Finally a server with people that understands that ammo doesn't magically appear from thin air!
(So I'm guessing, melee is more popular then guns?)

I wanna join Kniaz >:(

What are you talking about? The server isn't open.

So will it be up at 5 again?

Sure.

No, I'm busy. I will later tonight though.

You're a moron.
You're basically saying it's our fault she didn't read the rules, which it's not. It's hers.

all the times it is, I can't. it's full.

No, there is a password on it. The server is always up, it's a dedicated server. When there is a password on it, it is "closed" because there are no admins to moderate the role-play. When the password is disabled, the role-play is opened to anybody.
