Also, I was thinking of making them slow zombies because I just like the more traditional zombies films as opposed to the more modern ones. On top of that, I was also tweaking around with some scripts and was thinking this also:

In order to kill a zombie, headshots?
You can still kill by shooting them everywhere else, but this would just be the most effective.

Think of it like this;
Two shots to the head to kill.
Eight to the torso to kill.

Yeah, basically. The zombies would have buffed health, but perhaps your do 3* damage to the head.
