EDIT: I might as well summerize the whole ordeal.

Syntho invites his friend TheWorm onto the server
TheWorm immediantly gets banned by Kaph since he was disobeying the rules
Syntho then unbans him, saying that it's TheWorm's dyslexia that made Kaph ban him
Syntho then mentions that Kaph was being a cold jerk in his skype call.
Kaph says he's being an idiot and doesn't follow the rps rules.
They go on and on about this, eventually Ceist gets involved.
Ceist sides with Kaph and the server is shut down.

Recent events in the bluzone: Kiro is shot 4 times in the back, Nick "Blue" Walter carries him to the base,  the guy who shot Kiro is quickly killed by Alek Fischer, the doctor(Charlie "Star" Howler) goes to the lab briefly, and Kiro is carried to the back of the base...(How to get  a screenshot on here, also?)

There, Charlie tranfers 6 pints of Alek's blood to Kiro; saving his life. The two rest in the medical center.

Apparently Kaphonaits had history with "TheWorm" and they didn't like each other and Syntho thought this was the reason Kaphonaits banned TheWorm but really it was because he was failrping as a handicapped bandit and after Kaphonaits banned him for it Syntho unbanned TheWorm saying "he has dyslexia stop picking on him for his disabilities!" and then TheWorm started insulting Kaphonaits and called him a bunch of horrible words and stuff and got banned again and then unbanned by Syntho who now is really pissed of at Kaphonaits for banning him and then Syntho started saying that Ceist said roleplaying as a bandit was ok to which point Kaphonaits gets Ceist on the server and Ceist and Kaphonaits and Syntho start arguing while TheWorm is trying to troll and Ceist and Kaphonaits started banning TheWorm a lot while Syntho kept unbanning him.

And then Ceist shut down the server for no given raisin

Pretty much just de-admin Syntho... I was trying to shut out the constant OOC spam but she was pretty much the problem...

I'll open the server (if it isn't already) and mostly moderate.
Hopefully, TheWorm rejoins.
I'll spend most of my time spying TheWorm.
If I don't like his roleplay or he breaks a rule, he get's no special treatment and recieves a ban just like anyone else would.
I don't care if he's dyslexic- I've probably banned plenty of dyslexic people without knowing.
This isn't a matter of how great a builder or important the person is, it's more a matter of the actual roleplay being effected here.
I'll talk to lug about removing Super-Admin's rights to change admins and un-ban people. That is something only I can do.
Ceist was in the wrong in demoting Syntho.
Syntho was in the wrong for un-banning TheWorm.
The both of you should have first consulted me.
Also, if admins have a problem in the server, do not use OOC. There are other roleplayers in the server.
Take it to skype or /ac (admin chat).
Your arguing detracts from the roleplay, and clogs up my telnet client.

Removing the SA's rights to demote an admin isn't really a great idea.  Then an admin can do whatever they want, with all the power of a SA.

They do that, they get demoted and permanently banned.
The admins should be well aware that behavior is unacceptable, and will not be tolerated.

Admins are a bit too busy receiving hate from me to notice chat, probably.
