Bluzone is a live environment. You fire off your rifle a lot and you'll draw the attention of the environment's other inhabitants- be it an Apache or Mutalid.

Hell, you might even lure a whole horde into the base.

And let's not forget to mention you can't carry fifty million magasines- you've got ammo limits.
