The ban was administrated by Lugnut and states "Too mentally slow to use the very-" and it cuts off from there, I can't see the rest because it's too long.
Oh actually I remember this one"Too mentally slow to use the very simple RPchat system" Or something like that.It was because he didn't know how to use OOC after being told a few times I think.
What happened is I was going to ask someone's BL_ID and then I used the RP chat by accident and I was perma banned with no warning.
