Thank god.

Now the stuffposting can hopefuly end...

Anyway, anyone gonna host? :3

The new environmental controls look sick.
Bluzone will probably have a day/night cycle in v21 because it looks awesome haha

It makes Blockland look twice as good. Bluzone will have a whole new feel...

When v21 is released, I suggest that each day is forty-eight minutes long. That's how long each day in Red Dead Redemption was, and it didn't feel too short or too long. It was the right amount of time to explore and enjoy the daytime and the night.

But Bluzone's only up for a few hours at a time... Aren't the days currently closer to 10 minutes?

Quit huffing paint.
First, there is no specified time for day and night, it's just an admin changing the map settings when they feel there is currently nothing going on. This has been known for a long time. Second, I'm not sure about the other hosts - but I always host for three hours. If each day in the Bluzone is forty-eight minutes, that means almost four days and nights have passed in the role-play. I don't see how that's a problem.

I say 24 minutes.

I honestly think that would be too short.

Yeah, that's what I was thinking...

45-50 minutes. An hour is far too long.

One minute for an hour? God no...

Bluzone is, on average, up for about three-four hours.
When I host it can be up for about seven.

Now that I think about it, 48 minutes sounds better. Too short of a cycle would mess with real-time events.

It's going to come down to a lot of experimenting, but to start us off I think it'll be set at around 45 minutes. If that doesn't work I'll adjust it accordingly.
