It has a bad reputation among the idiots. Back in the first Bluzone - ~23 people will remember this - Bluzone didn't get a whole lot of drama. As far as I can remember, there were never that many idiots joining the server and trying to screw things up. It seems though nowadays the community has a whole lot more people, and a whole lot more idiots that can't play in the server properly. It's a shame, really.

Pretty much, if that's how you want to word it. It's a role-play controlled by the players (the good ones at least). Nobody wants that ruined, so we have to permanently ban every person who decides to break the rules and/or ruin the experience for everyone else. It's to keep the server stable in the role-play in balance.
