lol, it would be more realistic graffiti, nothing rainbow or undulo, just a little bit of different color here or there or everywhere
He was a vandal before, he doesn't just paint, he also occaisionally does some aesthetic damage, but there's not much left to do in that department since the apocalypse.
Nowadays he's more likely to blind an enemy by spraying paint in their face. And you better watch out cause he doesn't use nontoxic

If I lived on a public island with no laws, and some handicap spray paints a richard on my house - I'm going to call him a vandal, regardless if there is a law regarding vandalism or not. It's still vandalism, and there is still a richard on the side of my house.
