So, is there a story for the build?
Just so bored, rather read stuff XD.
A group of survivors came across an abandoned military checkpoint and set up home. There wass a route tunnel that led straight to a highway, but it was also overrun with zombies. The group blocked off the tunnel so zombies couldn't get through, and started working on the checkpoint turning it into a survivor base.
Things quickly went to hell when strange sounds were emitting from a bunker entrance in the side of a hill. Tension arose when some survivors didn't agree with how the leader was handling the group, so they went rogue and took over a building while taking all the weapons and barricading it. They shot several survivors, and then decided to head off somewhere as their own group.
After they went off, the remaining few of the group at the survivor base made up makeshift weapons and salvaged firearms and ammunition to fend off zombies. People died left and right and a mutalid was terrorizing the survivors.
As it turns out, the leader of the group found notes detailing how a madman was using salvaged mutagen vials secretly on the group that went mad to see what happens. After they finally got into the building that the rogues held out in, they saw several rotting corpses that hinted towards rogue survivors whom didn't survive the mutagen exposure and were euthanized.
The last five remaining survivors sealed themselves in a building with all of their resources for about three weeks until one of them went mad and shot himself.
Then the mutalid which was hanging around watching over the survivor base attempts to kill off the rest, so they decide to pack up and run away. Only two made it out alive what with the zombie hordes picking them off one by one, and bandit groups attacking. Two survivors were left. A man and a woman.
The man got attacked by a group of zombies. He made it out, but then he figured out he was infected. In the end, only the woman made it away alive.
