unless i forgot already which i probably did
/public - opens server, no password
/private - calculates randomized password and uses it
/shutdown - locks server with secret password and kicks everyone. waits 15 seconds to kick and also delivers warnings to the players when called. cannot be stopped.

um
/private won't work because i forgot to implement the randomized password
i'll make it work like this temporarily - /private PASSWORD
will set password to said password
