I have a small question.

Me and my two palls were hangin out at your server today and found this hideout in Gammaton. This dude Kqgqn however refused our presence down there and excessively told us to leave. We did not obey him and thus he downed one of the palls of mine (even tho he helped him up later). So, we left the hideout after he had gotten himself some reinforcement from his friends. We felt like there always had been a rpish feeling in the air and we wanted to continue this quarrel that Kqgqn had started, so we armed up, went down and killed him. As I do not find that sort of event impossible as an rp event I do not understand why he immediately perma'd all three of us.

He, after all was the the one to fire the first bullet.

Because you "Shoot2Miss/Scare" and not to kill. Easy as that.

More extensively:
You cannot kill any character by "brute force" or powergaming. Every single charcater death has to be RPed in a very high degree before it can be deemed valid. If the kill does not meet those requirements, it is deemed a Random Kill, which is suitable for a ban. Downing seems to be some sort of greyzone, as in incapitating assailants so they can't do more damage.

What you guys did was not only powergaming but also you did ignore actual tries to establish a RP that's different from you running around ignoring our threats. You later ran into the room Kq was located and opened fire. That and your previous performance as "madmen", which might aswell could have contributed to your permanent ban, is the reason why the three of you have been baned. You did not attempt to establish proper RP and used brute force.
